ey I’m Lita. I’m a lover of all things travel, creativity, and adventure. I enjoy learning new things, being in nature, connecting with people , and being a free spirit . When I was in college, studying abroad saved my life. It was my first time leaving the country, but more importantly it helped me get of out a depressive state of mind. I was able to finally see a new perspective and it made me want to keep exploring the world. I eventually became a flight attendant, and used that as an opportunity to live life to the fullest.

As founder of Bal Collective, I aim to inspire others to “become a light” and use their uniqueness to impact the world for the better . I look forward to connecting with more like minded women, women who dare to dream and live.
